2、バックルジョイントリベット留めは、材料プラットフォーム内の人工材料に依存し、機器移動領域を出て、機器、機器をピースの長さ、幅、自動位置決めで開始し、次にシリンダーの下部で材料クランプ、自動折りたたみ材料エンドピースのフリルエッジのメカニズム。折り畳み式の折り畳み装置を元の位置に戻した後、バックルジョイントの周りに自動的にアームし、リベットで留めるシリンダープレスがジョイントをリベットで留めます。バックルリベット留めは、リベット留め後のジョイントの引張試験が技術的要件を満たしていることを確認する必要があります。製品と接触する上記のすべての部品は、材料の表面に隆起や引っかき傷がないことを保証するものとします。
